The iPhone 12 series will crash on October 13 at a virtual event, and so far the leak arena has provided a lot of juicy details and speculation regarding Apple's upcoming hardware portfolio. Now a full leak, courtesy of tipster Kang (which so far has a strong track record) on Weibo, revealed a ton of details regarding the iPhone 12 lineup, ranging from their specs and color options to their pricing and availability details. Let's dive in!
Starting with the devices that will debut next week, Apple is expected to launch four new iPhones and a small smart speaker called the HomePod Mini. The latter would be powered by the internal S5 chip, only measure 3,3 inches and is should cost only $ 99. If this turns out to be true, Apple may seriously erode the dominant market share of Amazon's Echo line as well as Google's Nest and Home wallet.

However, a previous leak mentioned that the iPhone 12 series would start at $ 649. Regarding availability, pre-orders for the iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro will begin in the third week of October and they will go on sale the following week. As for the camera hardware, Apple reportedly improved Smart HDR function as well as night mode performance, and its Deep Fusion technology has also received an upgrade. the IPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Mini will feature dual camera setup. As for the iPhone 12 Pro and iPhone 12 Pro Max, they are said to be packing three rear cameras (wide + ultra-wide + telephoto) and a LiDAR sensor too.
The wide-angle camera has an f / 1,6 aperture and uses a 7-element lens assembly. However, the The iPhone 12 Pro's optical zoom output is limited to 4X, while the iPhone 12 Pro Max's telephoto camera is said to offer 5x optical zoom..
