3 Ways to Watch YouTube Short Films on PC and Tablet

1. Use of "Hashtag" in the URL

First of all, you can search all Shorts videos on YouTube platform on your PC by changing Youtube URL slightly on your browser. Here's how:

1. Open Youtube on any browser on your PC.

2. Now in the address bar after youtube.com, write “/ hashtag / shorts” and hit enter.

That's it. Youtube will now display all the short film videos with the total number of videos as well as the channels that create the short films. You can click either to start viewing.

There is another such simple trick that will help you find Shorts videos on YouTube on your desktop or computer. Instead of typing in the address bar, you can search directly in the Youtube search bar. Follow these steps to find short films:

If you want to see a specific category or for a specific designer for Shorts, you can search that again in the search bar. Here's how:

Go to youtube.com and type the name of the creator or the video category in the search bar after the "#shorts". It should be something like this: "#shorts + gadgets".

Once you enter that term and hit enter, you'll see all of the videos in that category or creator. You can mix this with any category of videos you like like “Funny, Gadgets, Dance” etc.

How to Download Short Films from PC

Another question is - "how to download YouTube short films from PC?" If you go to Youtube Creator Studio on your desktop to download a video from your PC, you will not see any "Download Short Films" functionality. So what can you do

Well, there is nothing special about downloading short films from PC. All you need to do is follow Youtube Shorts video format and download it as normal video.

So you should note that this video should be up to 60 seconds long and it should be shot in vertical position i.e. with 9:16 aspect ratio. Also use #shorts when downloading.

Also, there are some disadvantages of downloading short films from PC, such as you cannot add music, slow motion, text, etc. and you cannot record real-time videos.
